Any idea how to code this waveform in Matlab?

The plot appears to be data. Your reference to ‘coding’ it is at best ambiguous.

If you want to analyse it, one option is certainly the fft function to create a Fourier transform of it.

Another option would be to develop a model and fit the model to the data.
