how to create pi control for dc link volage

im doing my master of engineering PED in BIT , im doing my project on power system area with topic "A Robust Adaptive Control Strategy of Active Power Filters for Power-Factor Correction, Harmonic Compensation, and Balancing of Nonlinear Loads", i have doubt , how to form pi controller , here i paste my transfer function to create pi controller. pls give idea to create matlab simulink model
