Wheneve I tried to start "Simulink Onramp" 2019a

I recieve this message Simulink Onramp failed to launch

Starting MATLAB as an Administrator solves the problem

There is actually a change directory command which needs Administrator rights

i have the same problem and i tried your suggestion but nothing, i am using matlab 2020b, is there any other way?
