I have posted exact file names to find the function for several different releases. Search on the function name.

I cannot tell from the image which release you are using.

I was able to find the problem. I created a code and saved it on the desktop in a folder. In order to function "helperCIFAR10Data" it was necessary to copy the "helperCIFAR10Data.m" file and paste it into the folder where I created the new code.
