How can I plot an ECG from a sound signal?

I had a task to plot an ECG (Electrocardiogram) from a sound signal from a .wav file, Is there any function to change a sound signal to ECG?

It depends on the information in the .wav file. If it is a radiotelemetry signal, it may be a frequency-modulated audio frequency carrier. In that event, use the demod (link) function to demodulate it.

The signal that I'm converting is a sound of my recording. I was told by my lecture that the syllables of the sound that I make can be represented in ECG. For examle by saying 'Pen-cil' (with a pause between the two syllabbles) can be plotted with two seperate jumps.

I have no idea how that could possibly relate to an electrocardiogram!
