rem() function vector or matrix input

Write a function to do the MatLab rem() function (remainder of a division) and will work with a vector or matrix input. The function will have two arguments, the vector or matrix variable and the scalar value that will be the divisor. The return will be a similar vector or matrix that will contain the remainder of the division operation.
