How do you draw a signal of a triangle shape( figure attached in the question) of a given sampling frequency 250

I need to draw a signal with an amplitude of 1 of frequency of 250 hz rising for 2 seconds and then dropping for 13 seconds and flat after .This is a plot of a given shape .
