Problem to access database by using web application on windows server 2016

Hi

I developed an application that interacts with database by using appdesigner and webAppCompiler. It works when my laptop is the server, but when I put the .ctf file on a machine on server, that its OS is "Windows Server 2016", it doesn't work. The error is "Unable to access datasource name".

How can I solve this problem?
