Out of memory issue

I am trying to plot data points from several sources. I am plotting one value (s) on the x axis, and I'm plotting y as p/sqrt(s) (note p is perimeter and s is area). However, when ever I try to plot the last 5000 points, I run out of memory. Is there a way to make it work for me? My code looks like:

plot (s1(500101:505101), p1(500101:505101)/sqrt(s1(500101:505101));

If I can get just one working then the rest should also work. Thank you.

Use ./ instead of /.

Elementwise division.
