Distance between two different 3D data set

Hi,

I have two 3D data set. I found the centroids of data by k-means with clustering. Then i plotted the two data set as given below.

I need to find the closest distance between two point in varied data set. (closest distances between x and o)

I think euclidian method may be most suitable for 3D data but how can i apply it to my data.

And can i draw arrows between x and o

pdist2(). Then min() with two outputs to get the index of the closest points.
