Problems to install matlab in windows 10 for user

I have an installation problem

I'm on a laptop computer.

I have a user account and I can administer the program installation as matalab

The installation is going well from the downloadable executable file, the validation with the license is ok but when I restart with the shortcut icon I always come back to the license validation and so on

Can you help me?
