integral project of an image over axes

my original image is a thermogram image as attached in the attachment

Using its ground truth (o_g.jpg) i have got the segemted image attached herein as segg.jpg

How can i get the segmentation into two halves of the breasts?

How to take integral project of it on axes for knowing the center of the breast for segmentation?
