Simulink Protected Model without the SImulink Coder License.

Is there anyway to create a Simulink Protected Model in Matlab 2018b without the SImulink Coder license? For example, could you somehow use Matlab Compiler?

As of now, there is no way to create a Simulink protected model without having Simulink Coder license.
