Efficient Diff and Merge tool for Simulink

Hi Everyone, I am looking for an efficient tool for diff and merge operations on Simulink model. I tried the Comparison tool in MATLAB, but it seems to be slow. Kindly correct me if I am wrong or suggest me some other good third-party tools that can be used for the same.

Have you got a chance to look at the Model Comparision tool from Simulink. This tool helps to compare models, identify changes, merge differences too.
