restoredefaultpath: System error

Trying to restore default path, but I am resciving this error. Do not know how to fix, tried reinstalling matlab/simulink

Did you do a clean re-install? I.e., did you delete the entire Matlab installation folder first? If not, I recommend that.

Yes I did. I figured it out, I could not open matlab using desktop shortcut, but using the matlab.exe.
