how to draw histogram of gradient local ternary pattern

sir please help of this stage my coding, create block negative gradient local ternary pattern but I'am enable to create histogram becauese rgbBlock is only last cell value but we create all blocks histogram and what are input in histogram() function ?

What is "negative gradient local ternary pattern" and do you have a function or formula to compute that?
