How to do 3D Point Cloud Segmentation?

I want to ask that, i want to do point cloud segmentation in matlab. is any one know about any good method or any idea about it, so kindly guide me.Thanks

I don't see any real obvious clusters in that data. How many are you expecting? If you know, you can use kmeans(). Attach your coordinate data in a .mat file if you need any more help, after, of course, you read this link
