How can i find helper functions in Matlab?

How or where can i get the helper functions(v2vPERSimulator.m and V2VChannel.m ) needed in the Matworks example "802.11p Packet Error Rate Simulation" at tha following link https://ch.mathworks.com/help/wlan/examples/802-11p-packet-error-rate-simulation-for-a-vehicular-channel.html

At the bottom of the page, in a section entitled "Appendix", you will find the links to those functions:

@Nadine Metago: You have done a pretty thorough check, and written up your findings clearly. Nice work. Note that having a toolbox installed is not the same thing as having a valid license for it: as well as checking that the files exist, you need to check if you have a license for that toolbox:
If you do have a valid license, then I think you should contact TMW directly: click the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page, and call them.
Important: Your screenshot seems to indicate that your current directory is C\...\MATLAB\R2018b\bin: do NOT use the MATLAB bin directory as your current directory, or save any files in the MATLAB (or any other application's) installation directory. It is usual to save MATLAB files under the user directory.
