mdce.bat not found

I have reinstalled the sofware a couple of times but it did not work

It's because mdce.bat is included in MATLAB Distributed Computing Server (not Parallel Computing Toolbox).

If you need mdce, you need to install MATLAB Distributed Computing Server.
