[control engineering] simulate physical stop?

Dear all,
In the following simulation yellow tries to follow blue. I wish to stop control effort which results yellow in holding the position at an arbitrary point, as if you stopped the motor in real life.
Anyone familiar with this concept and how to implement it?

Hi William,
I believe that you want to model ' hard stop' for a motor (second order system). One option will be to use the Second-Order Integrator block and specify limits for the output states. Please also refer this blog where an example implementation of 'hard stop' using second-order integrator is discussed.
