Error in Evalfis while using in fuzzy edge detection

??? Error using ==> evalfis at 63 The first argument should have as many columns as input variables and as many rows as independent sets of input values.

Error in ==> newe97 at 17 z(i,j)=evalfis(h,t);

Can anybody explain what this error actually mean and how can i solve it.
