Wind Farm - DFIG Detailed Model reference value

I am going to specify the Wind Farm - DFIG Detailed Model which use the pu unit，but I couldn't get the correct rotor speed reference value. so anybody know the value? And how can I find the Pmec value which is in the Power base for the Generator gain after Drive Train out-port? I will be so appreciate if you could help me!
