Activation of Matlab licence

Dear all,

I am having difficulty activating a R2013a student version of MATLAB after installing it on a new laptop. In order to activate, I am asked for my name and institution as shown in the image below:

When I enter all the relevant information and click 'Send', nothing happens and I cannot proceed to the next step. Kindly advise.
