Error hardware board zedboard

Hi, i have a zedboard that it has worked always well. Now if i select in setting matlab the hardware board zedboard, the message "initializing hardware board parameter values. Please wait..." doesn't stop the process (view image).

Moreover, the step 4.2 (Generate software interface model) of hdl coder fails with next message: "Failed The data for the selected hardware 'ZedBoard' is invalid. Select a different hardware, or contact the vendor that provides the support for the target 'ZedBoard'."

P.S.

1. the model that i use for hdl coder worked one week ago.
2. I try to reinstall matlab, but i don't solve the problem
3. the zedboard is connect correctly (z=zynq; z=z.setupZynqHardware();hdlsetuptoolpath('ToolName','Xilinx Vivado','ToolPath','C:\Xilinx\Vivado\2016.4\bin');)
