How to collect data from USB 8451 with high and reliable sampling rate (200 Hz)?

Hi all,

I Need to collect data in a precise time-stamp at a fixed sampling rate from an I2C slave using USB 8451. As it's not a session-based DAQ I only came with with using a C/C++ program to collect and save the data on my computer, as a solution.

Did I miss something?

Thanks! but I did try with the Instrument Control toolbox, but could not find a way to initiate a fixed sampling rate.
