matlab code to hdl code

hello every body ...I,m trying to hdl code generation by hdlcoder for communication algoritm , bpsk implementation. but I have an error like this : Error using emlcprivate Can't reload 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2016a\bin\win64\slcheck_services.dll'

Can't reload 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2016a\bin\win64\slcheck_services.dll' Error in emlcprivate at 0 what is this error ? what should I do ? thanks a lot...
