exec error 2 attempting to run MATLAB setup

i tried installing MATLAB r2015b since my laptop is 32-bit processoe but i am still getting "exec error 2 attempting to run C:\Users\acer\MATLABr2015b\setup.exe" Have tried a lot,nothing seems to work.Please provide some suggestions.

That could happen if you were accidentally using the 64 bit installer on Windows 32.
