What parameters i need to change when modifying the Upsampling rate in Zedboard with Fmcomms3/4 XilinxZynq radio example?

I am currently using Zedboard with Fmcomms3/4 in Simulink XilinxZynq radio package. To be more specific, i am using the examples mentioned below:

for transmitting and receiving. However, I am required to change the Up-sampling rate. I changed it from the model properties for the transmitter and the receiver and the data became incomprehensible. Are there any other parameters that need to be changed when changing the UpSampling rate?.
