you can use this tool :
https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/96384-pmu-test-signal-generator?s_tid=prof_contriblnk
to save signals as CSV, then use that data as you want... as signal input in Simuink or as signal window to evaluate a PMU estimation algorithm.
