segment signals with simultaneous video

Hi. I am trying to segment voltage signals, of which I also have video, which allows me to see the moments where a certain signal is given to be able to segement. The question is how can I read the video and the signal simultaneously and have them in the same "figure" and do something similar to what is achieved with programs such as labchart or video editing programs, where as the video a line shows where the signal goes, I do not know if I make myself understand and can help me with this. Thank you
