Error when loading .mat-file

Hello all,

I get an error when opening a .mat-file. When creating the .mat-file, I got no error message. The .mat-file contains a single variable (a structure with fields consisting of strings and arrays).

When I try to open the file, I get 5 times this warning message:

    Warning: Unexpected end-of-file while reading compressed data.

How can I retrieve the info in the .mat-file? How can I ensure this does not happen again in the future?
