How can i convert an .m file into a waveform format?

Hello,

My .m file contains a numerical array with Microseismic Data of one hour. (Sampling ratio 1000Hz)

I want to use the GISMO library in MATLAB for seismic analysis but the only possible reading file types are :

-MiniSEED (or SEED file)

-SAC file

-Seisan file

Any idea how I can convert my .m file into one of these?
