I LOOKED THE LINK AND DOWNLOADED SHEARLAB 3D.BUT I DONT KNOW WHICH PROGRAM TO USE

Install the entire package to its own directory in your MATLAB user path, add that path to your user path (use pathtool (link) to be sure it is added) so you have access to all of it.

Then, read through the documentation and find the routines that will do what you want.
