How to convert High frequency sampled signal to low frequency signal.

Hello,

I want to convert High frequency signal(data was collected using 500 samples per second) to low frequency signal(125 samples per second). Using decimate function I have converted the data. After that I compared the decimated data with 125hz data, but the pulse length of decimated signal is not matched with 125hz data.

Kindly help me to obtain similar waveform(signal) like 125Hz data. I have attached my MATLAB files and data files for your reference.
