Signal processing and .wav file help?

I am trying to determine the output of a utrack24 recorder I am using to record .wav files for signal processing. I have setup a signal generator to output a 500mVpp sine wave signal (analog) into the uTrack recorder and I am recording the .wav file. When I use audioread and 'native' to input the .wav file, I get values from -0.08 to 8.2e7. I believe these are dimensionless digital values. How can I figure out what these values are? Are they just outputs of the A/D converter? How can I use these values to determine what the recorder is doing to the 500mV signal? Thank you!!
