converting from timeseries to double

    s(j,:)=DF;

: Conversion to double from timeseries is not possible. Error in rel (line 10) s(j,:)=DF;

I assume you are saving data from your simulation by using To Workspace block. I suggest you to change your Save format to Array so that you will obtain your data in numeric type.
