FPGA-in-the-loop (FIL) and input data from a microphone.

i have an atlys spartan-6 FPGA and im working on a project with a microphone. i need to transfer the data from the microfone that its connected to the FPGA to the PC ( MATLAB ). FPGA Data Capture would be perfect for my project but my FPGA doesnt support that, so i was wondering if its possible to use FIL to get the microphone data from de FPGA to matlab. a lot of thanks
