That question requires more explanation. In what respect is the data file too large?

For example is this a question about displaying rows of a csv file beyond row number 2^20 which is the limit for Excel rows?

for t=1:length(A)
    for r=1:length(B)
        G=rand(A(t),B(r))

end

for the following code i want to view the result for each loop in the command window by removing semicolon at the end of the command.

That code already shows all of the values in the command window, just as you requested in your question. But displaying so many values is not useful. How do you imagine making sense of all 240000 values that it will show you? What do you hope to find by looking at nearly a quarter of a million values?

If you want to check data values visually then the command window is not the correct place to do that. You would be better off using the Variable Viewer or saving the data to text files and viewing them.
