Multivariable optimization with nonlinear constraints and upper / lower boundaries in Java

I am translating some MATLAB codes using fmicon(...) function into Java. I am looking for an open source implementation of a method to do optimization with nonlinear constraints and upper / lower boundaries in Java. I would appreciate your advice and thoughts on it.
