Saving math task as image using LaTeX

Hello

I would like to generate varying math tasks with Matlab and save them as a .png image using LaTeX. For eaxmple, a task could look like this:

What is the solution of (22 * 2) + 5?
(a) 20
(b) 30
(c) 49
(d) 50
(e) 48

This task I would like to save as a .png image using LaTeX. In the end, I'm varying the numbers and I will save each variation as an image.

How can I store the above task as a .png image using LaTeX in Matlab?
