applying a time constraint to a wavelet domain signal

Hello, I have a wavelet domain signal in which I have to introduce a time constraint. I have to check the no. of maximas within 120ms. I have the maximas with me but how can I incorporate the time component? The Y axis is the amplitude and the X axis is the sample position in the vector so, how can I do this?
