Interpolation of data from set of curves

I have a set of datas in a MATLAB file for Cp-Lamba curves at different pitches. I am able to plot a 3D image from the data. However, I want to extract a set of datas for Cp and Lambda at a specified pitch angle (example : at 0 pitch angle for low wind speeds). How do I go about it?

I have gone through the documentation of interp2 previously. The examples given doesn't quite serve my purpose as the example values are interpolated over a range and I want a values for cp and lambda at a single value of pitch which is 0.

Still it can be used...if you have matrices data..you can pick values at the points.
