Create variable name from structure fields

I am reading text files in a folder (Well_A1_1.txt, Well_A1_2.txt......Well_A1_N.txt) and storing file names in a struct as in the image shown below. I am sequentially going running though each file (k= 1:N) and after performing operation on each file and have output variable 'data' a m x n matrix every single time. Now what I want is store 'data' values in Well_A1_1 in first run, Well_A1_2 in second run and so on. Can anyone help.
