How can I concatenate the output received from each iteration of while loop in Simulink?

I have a while loop, which is configured to read the data from I2C communication using RaspberryPi I2C Master Read block. On each time the while condition is satisfied, the read block reads 32 bytes of data. The data read during each iteration has to be concatenated to get the final array of data. How to concatenate these data while RaspberryPi is running real time to fetch the data from I2C Slave.
