questions about Filter Design HDL Coder

Good afternoon everyone, I am currently developing a computer application in Matlab, and I want to implement filters. I want my FPGA (Nexys 4 DDR) to filter my signals, for that I use Filter Design HDL Coder and use the VHDL language. but implementing the filter in my FPGA does not work properly, I have many questions about Filter Design HDL Coder, could someone help me?
