to find segmentation for node

Dear sir/madam, I am doin project in lymph node segmentation.since I am new to this work, it is very difficult for me to segment the node from CT images. I have tried using watershed method and thresholding but struggling to segment the lymph nodes alone. It will be a great help if any can help me with this. I have my CT image for reference. Thank you

What are your plans? Do you want to

1. develop an algorithm, in which case you'll have to learn how to program in MATLAB?
2. Or do you just want to buy, or
3. download from the File Exchange, some pre-existing code?
4. Or do you want to hire someone to create a complete custom turnkey system for you?
5. Or do you want to get a paper from vision bib or PubMed and try to code it up yourself?

Sir/Madam, The image is in DICOM format and is not supported to attach here. Actually I would like to run pre-existing code and to try segmenting nodes as I have very little time. But could not segment my region of interest.
