configuring ccs with matlab.error in creating .out file

here i am using ccsv5. could you tell me correct path for this.My .out file is not created correctly. and it is showing error.

One more thing is that target preference block is not available in matlab 2016a.So how can i configure the option "IDE Tool Chain to Texas Instruments Code Composer Studio v4 (makefile generation only)".I didn't find this any where in matlab 2016a .Could any one kindly help me on this.
