hilbert without signal processing toolbox

I gathered some codes. the codes have 'hilbert' funtion, but i don't have a signal processing toolbox. I wnat to change 'hilbert' funtion to other code. please help me.

yes, but i can't find. i maybe passed because English is not my native language.
