How to implement BELIEF PROPAGATION decoding algorithm for polar codes?

I am doing my post graduation project on polar codes. I have to design both encoding and decoding algorithm for polar codes. The decoding algorithm is based on BELIEF PROPAGATION algorithm. So, if it is possible please help me out for designing encoding and decoding algorithm(belief propagation) for polar codes in matlab.
