I have a .csv file like attached with some wifi hotspot names with relevant signal strengths.
There are basically 3 main hotspot names
And all values which is in the .csv file if for a specific location poiny called "1a"
I want to plot a multi dimensional scatter plot with "1a" location point as x axis and signal levels from different hotspot for each vertical axis.(level from hotspot 1, level from hotspot 2 etc.)
I think i have to group the csv file by hotspot name too. but i don't have any idea.please help.

I do not see anything corresponding to "1a" in that data. I see latitude and longitude data.
Is there a particular specific latitude and longitude that you want to calculate the distance to and use that distance as your x axis? If so then would it be acceptable to use Euclidean distance, or does the curvature of the Earth need to be taken into account to calculate a Great Circle distance? If G.C. distance is required, then where is your altitude data, which would be required to calculate the appropriate distance along a reference ellipsoid?
